Infectious diseases expert John Dyer is worryingly right to warn that complacency is likely to fuel an upsurge in HUIV infections in this country.

Our own AIDS Information Services enquiry link is constantly taking calls about the risk factors....after the risks have been taken....confirming that a back to basics program for the whole community is needed. Narrowly confining education programs for the gay community alone is wrong.

HIV Awareness programs have virtually vanished.Indeed,our own www.aids.net.au website is about the only one that is obviously named! And our Schools AIDS Day program is the only one of its type in the nation!

At the moment, there's no real value for money in return for the government funds provided for HIV education.

We're a non-profit charity, and we don't receive a cent of it!
